Legsintermediaterepskettlebell
Stand with your feet a little wider than shoulder-width, a kettlebell on the floor just in front of you.
How to do it
- Stand with your feet a little wider than shoulder-width, a kettlebell on the floor just in front of you.
- Hinge at the hips with a flat back, grip the handle with one hand and swing the bell back between your legs.
- Drive the hips forward and stand tall so the bell swings up to about chest height, with the arm straight and relaxed.
- Let it fall back between the legs, hinge again and repeat. Switch hands for the next set.
