Hanging oblique knee raise
Coreintermediaterepspull-up bar
Hanging from a pull-up bar with straight arms, the knees bend and rise together toward one side of the chest by twisting the hips, lower under control, then rise toward the other side, alternating.
How to do it
- Grip a pull-up bar overhand about shoulder-width apart and hang with arms fully straight.
- Brace the abs; bend the knees and draw them up and toward the right side, twisting the hips.
- Lower the legs slowly back to the hang without swinging.
- Draw the knees up toward the left side, then lower.
- Alternate sides; the shoulders stay square to the bar.
