Heel touch
Coreeasyrepsno equipment
Lying on the back with knees bent and feet flat, the shoulders stay lifted slightly off the floor while the trunk bends side to side so each hand reaches the heel on the same side, alternating.
How to do it
- Lie on the back with the knees bent, feet flat on the floor about 45-60 cm apart and a short distance from the buttocks; arms straight along the sides, a few cm above the floor, palms facing in.
- Curl the head and shoulders a few cm off the floor, chin slightly tucked; the lower back stays flat on the floor.
- Exhale and bend the trunk sideways to the right, sliding the right hand down until it touches the right heel; the shoulders stay lifted.
- Return to center, then bend to the left to touch the left heel with the left hand. Keep alternating at a steady pace; the feet do not move.
