Wall handstand push-up
Shouldershardrepswall
In a handstand with the back to a wall and the heels resting on it, the elbows bend to lower the head slowly toward the floor, then the arms press back up to straight.
How to do it
- Back to the wall: hands flat on the floor shoulder width, about 15-30 cm from the wall; kick up so the body is upside down and the heels rest on the wall.
- Arms straight overhead, body straight and vertical, legs together, toes pointed; shoulders pushed up toward the ears.
- Slowly bend the elbows (pointing forward/back, not out) and lower until the top of the head almost touches the floor slightly in front of the hands.
- Press back up to locked arms. Hands stay planted; the heels stay in light contact with the wall and slide a little.
