Legseasyrepsno equipment
From standing with knees slightly bent and hands held palms-down at chest height, dip into a quarter squat and explode upward, pulling both knees up toward the hands in the air with an upright chest, then extend the legs and land softly in place.
How to do it
- Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, hands in front of the chest palms down, fingertips together.
- Dip quickly into a quarter squat.
- Explode straight up; once airborne, drive both knees up toward the palms (thighs at or above horizontal) while the chest stays tall.
- Extend the legs back down before touching the floor.
- Land softly on the balls/mid-feet, then let heels down while hips and knees bend to absorb; repeat.
